Job Role:
- In the 6 months of the Management
Talent Trainee, you will work on different
projects within a few of the operating
companies of the Sahara Group. The
work is generally highly analytical and
dynamic with lots of projects carried out
in teams. Each person will receive both
coaching and supervision along the
course of the programme, this way we
sure know you will get to know not just
Sahara Group and our core fields of
activity and people but also yourself.
- All through the 6 months programme,
you will be under the supervision of our
Talent Management Division
- The major goal of the Management
Talent Programme is to train you as a
high-valued individual in an international
Energy environment.
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/BA with at least
second classs lower division
. minimum of 0-2 years experience
. applicant should not be more than 26
years old
